Cleaning and Sterilisation

Egemin Automation offers technology for Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) and Sterilisation-In-Place (SIP), so that you can clean, rinse and sterilise your material in a controlled and systematic manner. Our systems are mobile or mounted on skids and are adapted to your needs and possibilities.

Systematic cleaning

CIP processes have many advantages:

• Safe for operators
• Faster cleaning
• Efficient use of detergent and water
• Less risk of contamination owing to closed system

Thanks to automated steering and dispensing-directed processes you get demonstrable results and your cleaning processes are systematic and controlled.
The sterilisation is performed with clean steam. If you desire, Egemin Automation can also supply the steam generator.

Reporting included

The cleaning phases and sterilisation are carried out fully automatically and are dispensing-controlled. The data relating to cleaning and sterilisation are recorded, visualised and archived systematically.

At the end of the process the crucial parameters are presented in reports in line with the CFR 21 Part 11 guideline.
