Agreement signed during Princely Mission China Handling Automation

From 20 to 29 October, Egemin Automation is participating in the Princely Mission to China.
Egemin Automation represented by its CEO Jan Vercammen, joins His Royal Highness Prince Philippe during the 10-day mission together with other leading corporate executives from the industrial, financial, and research markets. The scheduled programme features numerous visits, seminars, and other events in the regions of Beijing, Chongqing, and Guangzhou, with specific focus on the sectors of Transport & Logistics, Health & Pharmaceuticals, Infrastructure, all areas of particular interest to Egemin. In the course of this Mission, Egemin signed an agreement today with Hangzhou Rainbow Technology, a strategically important partner in the Zhejiang Province.

Technology transfer with Hangzhou Rainbow Technology

The agreement signed today with Hangzhou Rainbow Technology is an MLA (Master Licence Agreement) signed. This Licence Agreement will enable Hangzhou to integrate Egemin’s AGV technology (Automated Guided Vehicles) under licence and launch it to the local Chinese market. The contract also includes the delivery of 1 FLV1010 type AGV. This agreement makes Rainbow Technologies Egemin’s third licence partner in China.
